Hello folks, just want to share with you few things about "Quick Books." Let me begin saying if you start a business, don't you think at the same time what would be the best software for you accounting? There is a lot programs in a market which are good but I want to talk about Quick Books. There are variety of versions, you can choose, for instance many people choose Quick Books Pro which is less expensive as Premier and have almost the same features, so how would you define which you need for your business?
First, think about how big your company will be for at least one year if you'll have up to 20 employees with one million annual income, and need no more than up to five employees logged in to QB at the same time QB Pro or Premier is good for you.
Second, you have to think what industry you going to be in, if you going to be service provider I would say QB Pro is enough for you, if you are constructor, manufacturer , retailer or non-profit organization QB Premier would better fits for your needs, there you can toggle to the industry you need and its built to fits your company needs, additionally every Quick Books can be customized. If you are new to Quick Books like I was few years ago, I came to store and ask a guy working there, which software is good for my business? he tried to explain something but he didn't really knew the answer, and yeah I bought QB Pro for my Trucking Company, but it was to complicated to me I could use it just for Invoices everything else was wrong, nevertheless it pushed me to learn QB. I wished I would've have some one to help me with that but I didn't. Now I'm Certified Quick Books ProAdvisor and can help QB users not to do mistakes I was doing.
